Cancellation Policy

Return & Refund Policy Because graphic design services are custom-created for each client, completed design work, approved concepts, and delivered files are non-refundable. A deposit or retainer may be required before work begins. This payment reserves project time, covers initial planning, and may be non-refundable once the project has started. If a project is cancelled before any design work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered. If work has already started, any refund will be based on the amount of work completed, time invested, and project expenses. Revisions are included only as stated in the project agreement or invoice. Additional revisions, changes in direction, or new requests may require additional fees. Final files will be released after full payment is received. Once final files are delivered, the sale is considered complete. If there is an issue with a delivered file, I will make reasonable corrections to fix technical errors, missing files, or export problems related to the approved design.
